Our Policies

  • If you are ill or have a medical condition that prevents the service, please re-schedule; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. To cancel for a Tuesday appointment, a cancellation will need to take place by 6:00 pm on Saturday as we are closed on Sunday and Monday.

  • Redos must take place before two weeks after service.

  • If you cancel your service within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your reserved service cost.

  • If you no-show, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged for 100% of your service.

  • Late Policy for Mint Hair Studio: If you are up to 15 minutes late we can maybe still provide your service, however, you may not receive the entire service that you were scheduled for. Together, we will determine what portion of your service we may not have time to complete. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. In this case you will be charged half of the service scheduled.

  • No-call/no-show will result in cancellation fee as well as further services being denied.

  • Due to safety considerations and limited space, children and animals are not permitted in the salon.
