EDUCATION
I graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, North Dakota, in 2018, where I began building the foundation for my career. After school, I continued my education by training under a Cinderella Hair Extensions educator and became certified in seven different extension methods ranging from Keratin Tip to Wefts. In 2024, I traveled to the flagship Ouidad salon in New York City and became certified in the Ouidad Haircutting Method for wavy and curly hair. I’ve continued to expand my education through experience with professional color and product lines including Eufora, KEVIN.MURPHY, Davines, and Redken, and I’m always excited to keep learning and evolving in my craft.
SPECIALTIES AND STRENGTHS
I didn’t discover that I had naturally wavy and curly hair until I went to hair school. Learning how to understand my own texture and gaining the confidence to embrace it completely changed the way I felt about my hair. That experience is a big part of why I love helping clients embrace their natural texture and find a shape and routine that works for their lifestyle. 2a-3c hair is the curl type I love to work with. Any big transformations, whether that means a first curly cut, creating dream length and fullness with extensions, or completely changing someone’s color or cut, I want to help people embrace their hair and feel like fully confident in themselves. Blonding is another favorite of mine, from traditional highlights to dimensional balayage, and I love getting creative with funky cuts and razor work. At the end of the day, I want my clients to leave feeling confident that they have a style that is going to work for their lifestyle.
ABOUT ME
I’ve lived in Seattle since 2022 after moving here from North Dakota, and I’ve really come to love calling Washington home. I live with my husband and our senior miniature schnoodle. Outside of the salon, I love traveling, cooking and baking, exploring local restaurants and breweries, and finding new ways to enjoy everything Washington has to offer. You can often find me at the Ballard Farmers Market, or out skiing, sailing, traveling, or simply enjoying time with the people I love.
